Please do not submit any identifiable information either in relation to yourself or your patients when using the Tool, including when asking questions. This includes any information that could be used to identify an individual for example when combined with other information.

If you submit feedback through the Tool, we may collect:

• Your typed feedback or comments
• Your email address (optional)
• Basic metadata (e.g., browser type, device size) to help improve the experience

You can also choose to submit your name and profession when using the Tool. If you choose to enable microphone access you can choose to submit a recording of your voice to ask your question.

You can request removal of any optional information you've provided at any time by contacting us.

ISH OnTheGo does not store any of your data.

Your chat history is kept only in your own browser on this device (Recent chats), not in an account, and is deleted when the browser is closed. You can delete one chat or all of them at any time; on a shared computer, delete them when you finish. If you send feedback on an answer, that question and answer are emailed to our team together with your feedback, so please don't include patient-identifying details.

If you provide your name and profession this information is only stored in your browser.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All inputs are processed in real time and are not retained on our servers. If you choose to provide optional feedback, you may include your email address, which will only be used for follow-up communication related to your input.

All interactions with ISH OnTheGo are encrypted and securely handled. We do not share data with third parties or use it for marketing purposes. Learn more about the ISH's approach to data protection in our full privacy statement on the ISH website.

We process your personal data to deliver the Tool to you. We use limited, anonymised data to improve functionality and ensure the assistant performs reliably and safely — but we never use your information for marketing.

The law requires us to have a legal basis for collecting and using your personal data. Please refer to our full privacy statement on the ISH website for details of the legal bases we rely on. For data processed for the Tool, our legal basis is legitimate interests, meaning that we may use your personal data where it is necessary to conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, for example to enable us to give you the best and most secure customer experience when using the Tool. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you and your rights (both positive and negative) before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law).

This involves transferring your personal data outside the UK to the US. Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK to countries which have laws that do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK law, such as the US, we always ensure that a similar degree of protection is afforded to it. Here we ensure that specific standard contractual terms approved for use in the UK are in place, which give the transferred personal data the same protection as it has in the UK, namely the Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum (as part of the OpenAI Data Processing Addendum).
